Chocolate cream

How to prepare:

Milk chocolate ION and dark chocolate ION are cut into small pieces. The cream milk is heated on the hot plate together with the oil and then the chocolate is added. Mixed over low heat until chocolate is completely melted into a smooth mixture. The mixture is cooled in the refrigerator for several hours until it becomes a thick cream.

Needed products:

  • 1 150 g milk chocolate ION
  • 2 100 g of dark chocolate ION
  • 3 1 1/2 cup of cream
  • 4 3 tablespoons butter
