Pancakes with fresh milk and NuCrema cream

How to prepare:

All products with the exception of the NuCrema cream, are placed in a bowl. Beat with the mixer until a smooth mixture is achieved. It is advisable to let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.

Then lay a scoop of the mixture over the entire base of the hot pan. Allow it to fry until a slight separation of the ends occurs. Turn the pancake using a wooden spatula. After tips are slightly raised, move the pancake on a plate. Repeat this procedure until the entire mixture is used. Then top each pancake with NuCrema cream and add fruits.

Needed products:

  • 1 3 eggs
  • 2 250g flour
  • 3 ½l of milk
  • 4 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 1 pinch of baking soda
  • 6 3 tablespoons butter
  • 7 NuCrema cream
